1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember your preferences between pages and visits. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways; we use the word “cookies” for all of them here.

2. Cookies we use

• Currency preference (ss_currency). Remembers the display currency you choose, for one year. Without it, prices fall back to detection from your request headers or AED.
• Anonymous preference id (ss_anon). A random identifier that lets us store your currency preference server-side. It contains no personal details and we do not store your IP address against it.
• Session cookie (ss_session). Used only for authenticated owner access to our administration panel. Ordinary visitors never receive it.
• Analytics cookies. Where enabled, analytics tools help us understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location at country level, and how visitors arrive. Analytics is configured to respect consent requirements in your region.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell data collected by cookies.
• We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors on this website.
• We do not store IP addresses against your currency-preference identifier.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though preferences such as display currency will no longer be remembered.
