1. Who we are

SEO SUPREME (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an international digital-growth and technology agency operating from the United Arab Emirates and serving clients internationally. This policy explains what personal data we collect through seosupreme.ai and related services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@seosupreme.ai.

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data in three ways:

  • Data you give us. When you submit an enquiry or quote form, book a strategy call, or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website, country, service interest, budget indication and message. Forms may also record the pricing plan and displayed price you were viewing, so our quotation matches what you saw.
  • Data collected automatically. We record technical information connected with your visit, such as pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters (UTM tags), approximate country derived from request headers, device type and the landing page of your session. We use this to understand how visitors find us and to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies, described in our Cookie Policy, including a currency-preference cookie and an anonymous identifier that stores your display-currency choice. We do not store your IP address against that identifier.

3. Why we process your data

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and schedule calls you request.
  • To deliver contracted services, invoices and service reporting.
  • To display pricing in your preferred currency.
  • To protect our website and inbox from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To understand aggregate website performance and improve our content.
  • To send marketing communications only where you have expressly consented, with an unsubscribe option in every message.

4. Legal bases

Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (responding to your enquiry or quote request); legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention, aggregate analytics) balanced against your rights; and consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, email delivery, scheduling and analytics providers — under agreements that restrict their use of it, and where required by law. Because we are based in the UAE and serve international clients, your data may be processed outside your country; where transfer rules apply, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.

6. Retention

Enquiry and lead records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, record-keeping and legal purposes. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by accounting and tax obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@seosupreme.ai. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, rate limiting, spam filtering and server-side storage of secrets. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we design our systems to minimise the data we hold and who can reach it.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change, and revise the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
